This allows us to investigate first hand what your priorities are, the styles of personality that fit in and are most successful for your organisation.

Assessments - On registration all of our applicants they complete numeric, spelling and visual accuracy tests. We also select tests on our Qwiz system; this is a well-known recruitment package that allows us to assess data entry and copy typing speeds. Qwiz also offers the opportunity to skill test on most of the commercially used computer packages currently on the market including Microsoft Office and Excel. If clients have particular requirements that are important to them, we can discuss the testing and profile accordingly.

Service - Our clients enjoy the freedom and comfort of knowing that when "BIG" work on a vacancy for them, the advertising, screening and selection is FREE, if we do not supply the BEST applicant then our client receives no costs what - so- ever. However when we do supply our client with the most appropriate person, they control their own budgets within the flexible and competitive terms and conditions that apply.
