<p><strong>Inbound – </strong>You will be given full paid training to become a specialist telecommunications sales consultant selling landline, broadband and Mobile Sim Card Packages on be half of Talk Talk through converting inbound call enquires into sales.</p>
<p> <strong>Outbound </strong>– You will be given fully paid training to become a specialist telecommunication sales consultant, selling landline and broadband packages on behalf of Talk Talk through making outbound calls.</p>
<p> <strong>Sterling Insurance/Mobile </strong></p>
<p>You will be given full paid training to become a specialist sales consultant selling either Mobile Sim Cards on behalf of Talk Talk or selling Personal Accident Cover on behalf of Sterling Insurance through making warm outbound calls, they are warm as you will be calling existing Talk Talk customers for Mobile and customers who have opted into receive marketing calls from Sterling Insurance whereby we offer them a 30 free day trial.</p>
<p> <strong>Salary &amp; Hours</strong></p>
<p><strong>Outbound – Talk Talk.  </strong>Salary £15,000 &#8211; £20,000 base salary + Uncapped Bonus Scheme.</p>

<p>Working within an established independent optical practice you will service the requirements of private &amp; NHS patients.  Meeting and greeting patients, customers, clients and potential patients.   Dealing with a telephone, you will deal with a wide range and variety of people and situations that require a consistent professional presence, diplomacy and tact. You will also be handling all types of optical dispensing and contact lens work and implementing practice systems and procedures.</p>
<p>You will be updating the in house computer system, therefore a keen eye for detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information is essential.</p>

<p><strong>Reception Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meeting &amp; Greeting</li>

<li>Sterilise equipment and prevention of cross infection</li>
<li>Using  pre testing equipment</li>
<li>Stocking practice with stationary frames and diagnostic lenses</li>
<li>Responsible for stock control of frames and other products</li>
<li>Keeping all equipment in good working order</li>
<li>Using the computer to store and retrieve patient’s details &amp; updating patient email lists</li>
<li>Stand in for the receptionist in their absence</li>
<li>Some admin/management and regular clerical duties</li>
<li>Confidently dispensing Single vision Bifocal and varifocal contact lenses</li>
<li>Adding value to lens styles, designs and coatings</li>
<li>Buying, pricing and merchandising frames and point of sale</li>
<li>Having an eye for style and design</li>
<li>Auditing and cleaning the practice regularly</li>
<li>Managing staff and providing regular feedback</li>
